What this site is
iGaming Finland is an editorial publication and market intelligence service for professionals working in or entering the Finnish gambling market. It is not a gambling service. We do not accept bets, operate games, process player funds or promote gambling to consumers. Nothing on this site is an invitation to gamble.
This is not advice
Our regulation guides, licence records, company profiles and analysis are journalism. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and no professional relationship arises from reading them. Finnish gambling law is developing, secondary legislation is still being issued, and enforcement practice does not yet exist. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice from a qualified Finnish adviser and verify the position with the competent authority.
Accuracy and confidence tiers
We take care to source what we publish and we show the confidence level of each data record. A record marked Confirmed rests on a statement by the company itself or on an official source. A record marked Reported rests on credible third-party reporting or on a statement by a named commercial partner. A record marked Unverified means we hold no source. These tiers describe the strength of our sourcing; they are not a warranty that the underlying facts are correct or current. Figures, dates and statuses change, and the regulator does not publish applicant names, so our records are necessarily incomplete.
If you believe something here is wrong, tell us. Our corrections process is set out on the corrections page and material corrections are logged publicly.
Using our material
The text, data records and images on this site belong to us. You may quote briefly from our reporting and cite our data in your own work, in print, in presentations or in internal documents, provided you attribute it to iGaming Finland and, where practical, link to the page. You may not republish articles in full, reproduce the Licence Tracker as a dataset, scrape the site systematically, or use our material to train machine learning models without our written permission. Images are commissioned illustrations and may not be reused.
Links to other sites
We link to authorities, legislation and independent trade publications so that readers can check our sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. A link is not an endorsement. We do not link to gambling operators, suppliers or commercial parties, and our reasons are set out in the editorial policy.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by Finnish law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information published here, from decisions taken on the basis of it, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
