Signicat has published guidance aimed at operators preparing for the Finnish licensed market, covering the identification, KYC and anti-money laundering requirements a licence application must demonstrate.
Its relevance is structural rather than speculative. Finnish licence holders are reported to require player identification before play, and Finnish players identify using bank credentials through the Finnish Trust Network.
