Finnplay

Finnplay is a Finnish iGaming platform provider founded in 2008, supplying an integrated casino and sportsbook platform to licensed operators. Its flagship product is the Titan platform, updated to version 3.0 in February 2026. The company is headquartered in the Helsinki region with delivery operations in Tallinn and Malta, and supports operators in regulated markets including Sweden, the Netherlands, Estonia, Lithuania, Hungary and Mexico.

Finnplay is the most visible Finnish-origin platform provider positioning for the domestic market opening. In March 2026 it announced an agreement to power two brands for SpinCore Group in Finland, with Managing Director Jaakko Soininen stating that SpinCore had submitted its Finnish licence application and planned to launch on Finnplay's platform when the market opens in July 2027.

The company has also been publicly active in shaping industry discussion of the reform, including sponsorship of the Finnish iGaming Conference and podcast appearances on Finnish regulatory timelines.

As a supplier, Finnplay will require a gambling software licence once applications open on 1 July 2027, ahead of the obligation that applies from 1 July 2028. It will also need to deliver the signed data reporting capability its operator clients depend on.
